When and how do I receive my ticket?
After purchasing your ticket, you’ll receive two emails; one is a receipt for the purchase, the other includes instructions to join your event(s). Be sure to check your SPAM folder if you don’t receive these emails in a few minutes. If you did not receive both of these emails, shoot us a note at support@arcivr.com and we’ll send it ASAP.

How do I join my event?
You’ll need two things to join your event: your event link and your secret 8-digit code. Once you click the event link, you’ll be asked to enter your 8-digit code. Be sure not to share your 8-digit code as it can only be used one time.

What if my ticket includes a streaming event and a Meet & Greet?
You’ll receive an email with two links, one for your streaming event and one for your Meet & Greet. You’ll only need to log in once for both events. For example, if the streaming event is first, after the show, you’ll be prompted to jump into the Meet & Greet. If you don’t get prompted, don’t worry, you can always use the links in your email.

When should I log into my event?
You can log in any time after purchasing tickets! We recommend logging in at least 15 minutes early to be sure everything is working perfectly and chat with other fans.

What do I need to join my Meet & Greet?
You’ll need a device with a modern browser, a camera and mic, and a solid internet connection. Take this browser and network test well before your event to be sure everything is working perfectly.

What do I need to join my streaming event?
You can watch the event on any device with a modern browser and a solid internet connection!

What happens if I miss my streaming event?
Most shows are available to be re-watched for 48 hours after the initial stream. If your show is able to be rewatched, it will take 30-60 minutes to become available after the initial stream ends. 

What happens if I miss my Meet & Greet?
Unfortunately, Meet & Greets cannot be rescheduled. Please be sure to log in early!

Can I record my livestream or Meet & Greet?
Audio and/or video recording of any event is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate loss of access to Arcivr Live and events on our platform. That said, most artists will supply a video of your Meet & Greet via email after your call. If you have any questions, shoot us a note at support@arcivr.com.

When will I receive my merch?
Every event is different, but most often merch is shipped 3 weeks after the event.

What is your refund and exchange policy?
All purchases are final. We do refund, exchange, or cancel orders. If you have any questions, shoot us a note at support@arcivr.com before you make a purchase.
